Strategic Planning for Systems Change

When countries or states/provinces want to scale up the implementation of the Routines-Based Model, or programs want to implement it, this method is recommended. It involves planning meetings with the client, facilitating stakeholder meetings, follow-up meetings with the client, and a written description of the strategic plan. It is accomplished in 12 months. Any additional commitment would be negotiated. The deliverable is (a) a strategic plan for implementing the Routines-Based Model with timelines to accomplish goals and (b) access to materials.

Fee: $50,000 for 5 trips of approximately 2 days each + desk work + unlimited
phone/e-mail access. Add costs of travel and lodging.
